We are Yoga am Minett - YaM, a community of yoga teachers, enthusiasts and practitioners based in the Minett region, in the South   of Luxembourg.

“Our philosophy is simple: Come as you are   — and be your awesome self!”

We believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience or background. Whether you're taking your first steps on the mat or you're a seasoned practitioner, our laid-back environment welcomes you exactly as you are, free from expectations.

[…] In 2021, I discovered YAM and began to join their classes. 🍀 Almost immediately, I knew: this is where I belong. Here I can join different classes across various skill levels, and I always feel welcomed. Their motto, “come as you are”, truly resonates with me – I’ve never felt out of place. The yoga-teachers are positive, encouraging and inspiring. Practicing yoga with YAM has become one of my favorite parts to recenter myself and wellbeing and I’m so grateful to be part of the YAM community. Thanks to the entire YAM team! You’re amazing! ❤️

Yam yoga classes are creative and the teachers are so skilled and friendly. I leave the classes feeling genuinely restored and strong. I also love that there are a few different class locations and interesting yoga workshops to keep me from getting bored. The pricing is also accessible and the team writes the cutest online newsletters. It’s the best yoga studio is Lux and I’m so happy I found it!

Attending YAM yoga classes is a truly unique experience. The people who teach there are sincere and modest, and they don’t just teach you movements but also share a vision of yoga. It’s a place where you can feel comfortable because there’s no competition, no pretense, a lot of kindness, and a natural atmosphere. Most of the classes are also beginner-friendly, and the yogis often offer alternatives for different poses so that everyone can find their place. I’ve discovered and learned a lot about the different styles of yoga, breathing, and philosophy thanks to this community. Thank you Zoé, Steffi, Sara, Ava, Reyhan… <3
